EverythingForAuthors.com provides done-for-you publishing services for authors, including proofreading, copyediting, interior formatting, cover design, eBook conversion, KDP publishing assistance, and related writing support services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your delivered files, we will make it right through our revision policy below — at no additional charge.

Revision Policy

Each service includes a set number of free revisions, as noted at the time of purchase (typically one to two rounds depending on the service). A revision covers adjustments to the original scope of work — it does not cover changes to the project brief after work has begun.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery. After that window, additional revisions may be available at our standard revision rate.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may not be cancelled once work has begun. If you need to pause or delay your project, contact us as soon as possible at support@everythingforauthors.com and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are listed for each service and begin once we have received all required materials from you (including your manuscript file, where applicable). Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and current order volume.

We will notify you if your delivery is expected to take longer than the stated timeframe.

Your Files & Confidentiality

Your manuscript and any files you submit remain your intellectual property. We do not share, publish, sell, or distribute your work to any third party. Files are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and are stored securely.

By submitting your files, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have authorization to submit it for editing and formatting services.

While we take every precaution to handle your files with care, EverythingForAuthors.com is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to submitted files. Always retain a copy of your original manuscript and any other materials before submitting them to us. We strongly recommend keeping your originals in a separate, backed-up location throughout the process.

Terms of Use

By placing an order with EverythingForAuthors.com, you agree to these policies. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the submitted content violates applicable law or our guidelines.

We use advanced professional publishing tools and software assistance, reviewed by our team, to deliver your finished files. All deliverables are reviewed before sending.
