EFA Publishing offers a full range of done-for-you self-publishing services: interior manuscript formatting, professional book cover design, KDP metadata and keyword setup (KDP Upload Kit), developmental editing, an expert Review Crew report, Amazon market research, eBook (EPUB) conversion, and AI-narrated audiobook production.

You can purchase individual services or bundle the three core services — Prepare Your Manuscript, Book Cover Design, and KDP Upload Kit — at a discount as the Complete Package ($599 vs. $697 separately).

It’s straightforward: pick a service, pay securely through Stripe, then upload your files. You’ll get an order confirmation by email right away, and a separate email with a secure upload link (or you can upload immediately at checkout).

Once we have your files, we get to work. You’ll receive the finished deliverable by email — no accounts, no dashboards, no login required.

No account is needed. The entire flow is email-based: you pay, you upload, we deliver. Your order confirmation and all communications come to the email address you provide at checkout.

Yes — just place each service as a separate order, or choose the Complete Package bundle (Manuscript + Cover + KDP Upload Kit for $599). If you want to add services after placing an initial order, just email us at support@EverythingForAuthors.com and we’ll coordinate the timeline.

Joe Boardman personally reviews and quality-checks every order that comes through. Some services (Review Crew, Amazon Research, Developmental Editing) use AI-assisted tools to produce thorough work at a price authors can afford — but a real person checks every deliverable before it reaches you. Book covers are designed by Joe in Adobe and Canva. No one is just clicking “generate” and sending it out.

Microsoft Word (.docx) is strongly preferred — it gives us the most flexibility for formatting. PDF and plain text (.txt) also work for most services. For eBook conversion and audiobook production, Word or a clean PDF is ideal.

If you have your manuscript in a different format (Google Docs, Scrivener export, etc.), just export to Word or PDF before uploading.

After you complete your order, you’ll receive an email with a secure upload link. Click it, select your files, and submit. Uploads go to our secure Cloudflare R2 storage — they are not accessible to the public and are only used to complete your order.

No problem. Your upload link stays active, and if you haven’t uploaded within a day or two we’ll send you a friendly reminder. Your turnaround clock starts from when we receive your files, not when you placed the order.

Yes. Your files are used only to complete your order and are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. We don’t share, publish, or distribute your work. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Email us before you order at support@EverythingForAuthors.com and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline. We’ll always be honest about whether we can meet a deadline rather than promise something we can’t deliver.

Every order includes one revision. If something isn’t right, tell us specifically what you’d like changed and we’ll redo it. If after the revision we still haven’t hit the mark, we’ll make it right — or refund you. We’re not in the business of delivering work you can’t use.

One revision is included with every deliverable service (Cover Design, Manuscript Formatting, eBook, Audiobook, KDP listing copy). Additional revisions beyond the first are $30 each, billed separately.

Report and analysis products — Review Crew, Amazon Research, and Developmental Editing — are one-time deliverables and do not include revisions, since the content is based on your manuscript as submitted.

The bundle includes one revision for each of the three services: Manuscript Formatting, Cover Design, and KDP Upload Kit. Each revision is handled separately — you don’t have to use all three if you’re happy with the results.

Never. EFA Publishing does not ask for, store, or access your KDP account credentials under any circumstances. You remain the owner and publisher of your book. We prepare everything you need — files, listing copy, keywords, categories — and you upload it yourself from your own KDP account.

No — and that’s intentional. KDP requires the author to publish from their own account, and your book should be under your name and your control. The KDP Upload Kit gives you an optimized, step-by-step guide so the actual upload takes you 20–30 minutes, even if you’ve never done it before.

Our services are optimized for KDP (Amazon), which covers print-on-demand and Kindle. The eBook (EPUB) we produce is compatible with all major stores: Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, and more.

For audiobooks: AI-narrated audiobooks are accepted on Google Play Books, Kobo, and Findaway/Spotify (with proper disclosure). ACX/Audible requires human narration — if you want your book on Audible, we recommend enabling Amazon’s own Virtual Voice tool inside KDP instead, which handles the Audible distribution for you.

Yes — and we’re fully transparent about it. The Audiobook service is AI-narrated, and that disclosure is included on every deliverable and every platform where we recommend distributing it. This allows us to offer professional-quality audio at $99 instead of the $1,000–$3,000+ cost of hiring a voice actor.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Stripe also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on your browser and device. We do not accept checks, wire transfers, or PayPal at this time.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. EFA Publishing never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe handles everything securely.

Every order includes one free revision. If the delivered work still doesn’t meet the agreed scope after a revision, we will either fix it at no charge or issue a refund — your call.

We do not issue refunds simply because you changed your mind after delivery, or because you decided not to publish the book. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Yes — the Complete Package bundles Prepare Your Manuscript ($299) + Book Cover Design ($299) + KDP Upload Kit ($99) = $697 if purchased separately. The bundle price is $599, saving you $98. It’s the best value if you need all three core services.
