• Order forms (via Tally): Your name, email address, book title, genre, and any manuscript or project details you submit with your order.
• Payment (via Stripe): Your name and email are associated with your payment. We never see or store your card number — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
• Free guide sign-up: Your email address, if you request the free KDP Upload Guide.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or analytics beyond basic server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Send your order confirmation and delivery emails
• Send the free KDP guide you requested
• Respond to questions or revision requests
• Send occasional publishing tips and service updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the business. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Tally — order forms (tally.so/privacy)
• Brevo — transactional and marketing email delivery (brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third party.

5. Your Manuscript and Content

Any manuscript, cover art, or other materials you submit to us are used solely to complete your order. We do not publish, share, train AI models on, or retain your content after your order is complete. Files are deleted within 90 days of delivery.

6. Email Communications

By placing an order or requesting the free guide, you may receive emails related to your order and occasional publishing tips from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing support@everythingforauthors.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain your order information (name, email, order details) for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us — we will delete your records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@everythingforauthors.com. We will respond within 30 days.
